Can't you just login to the cPanel webmail and delete it?

Hit File, Account Settings and delete the email accounts from there. If that fails, you may have to revert Outlook to default which is a major pain as there is no easy way to do it. For your information, there is an issue in Microsoft Outlook (365) where you are unable to download your folders, delete emails and basically maintain your inbox via Outlook unless you do the following... 1. Open Outlook (Obviously ;-) ) 2. Hit "File" and click "Account Settings" 3. Hit "Change" on the email you're having issues with. 4. Click "More Settings" 5. Go to the "Advanced" tab and find "Root folder path" 6. Type "INBOX" in there. 7. Save the new configuration and you'll be able to manage your inbox entirely from there. Everything should work normally as if you were on webmail. I hope this helps.

Hello :) I am happy to see you were able to resolve the issue. Note that the emails are likely not duplicated on the server-side, and instead were only duplicated through multiple POP3 downloads on the client-side. Thank you.
