How to create subdomain for my PHP helpdesk system.

Hi, I'm new here. How can I add my PHP Help Desk system to a subdomain?

  Hi and thanks for the docs. I've created a sub domain according to the documentation. For example the name is sub.domain.com. When I entered the sub.domain.com address, it says that could not find sub.domain.com. However when i enter to domain.com/sub, it working just fine. I cant find what was the problem, maybe my steps when creating the sub domain are wrong?

  It's usually instant but don't forget that to create a subdomain, a DNS entry must be created. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate. If it isn't active within 24 hours, let us know :). On a side note, I always find it better if I set my DNS on my PC to Google's Public DNS as it updates faster than most ISP's. You could use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 :)
