"This account has been suspended" page not showing

Hello, I have recently suspended one account on WHM. The previously suspended accounts (before one month) are displaying the message "This Account has been Suspended" when you open the URL. The new suspended account does not show this message - instead shows a blank page. old suspended account - - Removed - new suspended account - - Removed - How do I fix this issue in WHM? Thanks for support.

  Not sure how helpful this is, but give it a go. Visit this page in WHM: WHM " Account Functions " Web Template Editor, click Account Suspended tab. At bottom of editor there, click Revert to default.
