Validation for Transport Failed

Whenever I try to do an FTP validation test, I'm receiving the following error: Error: Validation for transport "IP" failed: Could not upload test file: Could not create file. I logged in via standard FTP (EXPLORER on windows), and also via SSH, I have attempted to change,rename,delete, create folders and upload files freely, with the same username, everything works perfect, except when done via WHM. I'm not familiar with troubleshooting the backups portion, but I assume the error means that the permissions are not correct in some day on the remote machine? I checked, tried 777,775, checked the groups on the remote host, everything seems correct.

  Hello :) What entry are you using for "Backup Directory" with the FTP destination? If you are using "/", could you try using the full path (e.g. /home/user) instead of "/" to see if that makes a difference? Thank you.
