how to setup name server for reseller
hello all
greating all
stright to the point.
lately me and my associates, decided to start selling reseller package for public. but i have problem with name
server setting for the seller.
before i start selling reseller account, i have done simulation setting an account for reseller account.
before i setup an account to became a reseller, all of my dns or name server report were pointing correctly on ip that i have been setup for that ns. and it can be seen from whm -> dns functions -> ns record report.
but after i tried to simulated reseller account and gave the ns with the same ip that i used for my dns. all my dns are falling into NO IPS status, report from the same whm function above.
my question is, how to setting for the reseller ns which is not making my server losing name server ip???
for any help or dicussion, i'm very greatful and thanks
thank :)

Step-by-step to do so: 1- Create an account and make it reseller. 2- Edit a DNS Zone for this account and 2 A records for ns1 and ns2 (or whatever the name you want). 3- Reseller Center -> Select a Reseller -> Edit Privileges/Nameservers, Go to the end of the page and modify Nameservers. 4- Save, Done. 0 -
