IPs Rotation and Multiple MTA

I'm trying to do email marketing through my domain. I heard VPS can normally rotate IPs and Multiple MTA function. Is this possible on VPS ??

  Hello :) Could you elaborate a little more on rotating IP addresses and the purpose behind it? Do you mean you want to send email from a different IP address at different times of the day? Thank you.
