    Hello :) You could setup an account level filter within cPanel that blocks messages with particular text or header details. You may also want to consider filtering messages that use .zip attachments by adding zip to the attachments list in the /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter filter file (see here for instructions on modifying this file). Thank you.

    Depending on your circumstances, it could cause you problems but we block all attachments in emails. If anyone needs to send documents, files, images etc. we use other methods. It is very rare that anyone needs to send us any sort of file which we are not expecting.
