We are experiencing the situation where emails are stuck in the Pending Queue. When we try re-sending the message, the error message is:
All deliveries are handled by MailScanner
After searching and experimenting with various items, this seems to be caused by tmpwatch. I have modified tmpwatch to run as follows:
/usr/sbin/tmpwatch -lm 12 /tmp
This seems to have corrected the problem.
