    Hello Julie, Your current access level is Website Owner, so you would probably need to ask your hosting company for assistance. If you had root level access to your server, then we can probably assist, but with Website Owner access it's going to be difficult to walk you through this. Your hosting company however should be able to assist you, and if they can't then they are free to open a support ticket with cPanel directly.

    Hi Julie. Change your filezilla settings to "passive mode" or "active", that depends what are you using Your hosting provider must be a firewall enabled that is blocking some port. Tutorial:
