Install specific versions of PHP and MYSQL

What's the best way to install specific version of PHP and MYSQL? My issue is that I have two servers with CPanel and my website has some PHP code that is custom and seems to break when run with the different PHP versions. The version I would like to use is PHP 5.3.26 and I am on PHP 5.3.24 and for MYSQL I am on 5.1.73-cll and would like to update to 5.5.36-cll The EasyApache does not list these versions. Updating to the latest just doesn't seam safe and risk downtime on the website. Thank you

  Hello :) MySQL upgrades are handled through: "WHM Home " Software " MySQL Upgrade" You can only select PHP versions that are offered in EasyApache. Currently, PHP 5.3.28 is available. I do not suspect you would encounter any compatibility issues when using PHP 5.3.28 over PHP 5.2.26. Thank you.
