Low memory condition causing mail server login errors?
I am receiving reports from several users saying that they are receiving login errors
asking for a correct password. The curious thing is that all of them have been working
perfectly during the last days. So I was wondering if maybe a peak of use can cause
a condition where Exim is not recognizing user passwords.
Clamav is usually a memory hog on busy email servers, so who knows...

What is the relevant line in /var/log/maillog /var/log/exim_mainlog when this occurs, are there any specific errors shown there? 0 -
