Backup Issues

Now I have WHM 11.42.0. The backups are failing because I need to update the DNS, however there is no notice sent that the backup destination has failed. Further I attempt to add a new backup destination type of "webdav" and it fails in the WHM interface with an non-descriptive error: "Error: Unknown error." How can I view the actual error? Is there ever any plan to have the WHM backup system working well?

  Hello :) 1. Do you notice a failure notification message in the backup log itself within the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup directory? 2. Do you notice any error messages in the cPanel error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) when this happens? If not, could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thanks.
