Embedded images (CID) not showing on received mails

Hello, We have client complaining that when message with Embedded images (CID) is send to him there are not showing not in webmail ( Checked with Horde, RoundCube and SquirrelMail ) and even he receive the message in Outlook. But the same message send to GMail or Yahoo is working fine. Any idea what can cause this type of issue. It looks like when cPanel server has received the message something breaks the embedded image. Instead of the image in the e-mail there is something like this: [cid:image003.png@01CF528A.1AFDD140] Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

  Hello :) Are these HTML messages? Are the images attached directly to the messages or sourced from an external URL? To clarify, the issue occurs on all webmail applications and email clients? Thank you.
