spamassassin outgoing scanning does not include summary of scoring

I notice an issue whereby a users outgoing message is being scored for spam but there is no summary in the logs or headers about WHAT is contributing to the score as appears with incoming scanning. Is there anyway to solve this? My DC admins setup a detailed spamassasin log but I dont know how to interpret it but it does show the score ticking up?
