Error in Installing Wordpress

Hello, One of my client is getting error in installing wordpress. Error is "THe selected domain has reached its maximum number of concurrent installs" i have increased the quotas of wordpress in installlatron application quota as mentioned below: All application per account 15 All application per domain 15 wordpress per domain 15 wordpress per account 15 but still he is getting error. What else should i do to sort it out. Error is "THe selected domain has reached its maximum number of concurrent installs"
