Hello :) You will not be able to access cPanel with the "root" username. Instead, you must create an account in Web Host Manager and access cPanel with the individual account username. Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for the response. I tried creating a new account for cPanel but refuses to create a cPanel account for same domain. Is there any option to get access to cPanel account for same domain with port(:2083) ? [quote="cPanelMichael, post: 1617912">Hello :) You will not be able to access cPanel with the "root" username. Could you elaborate a little more on your last question? Do you mean the same domain name that you use as the hostname of the server? If so, it's important to use a hostname that is not a domain name you plan on hosting. So if you want to host example.com, then make sure your hostname is something like "server.example.com". Thank you.

Thanks. It helped me. But I used the ip address of the server and it worked. But I think the most correct way is naming the host name as server.example.com. Thank you very much.
