Sorry, a DNS entry already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

finally created an account, thought never gonna pass the "Random Question" in registeration page, anyways. I removed a hosting domain, and i'm to create a new one for the same domain but I keep getting this error A DNS entry for "domainname.com" already exists, remove it from all servers in the DNS cluster first. I know, I have to remove the DNS from DNS zone, but I have DNS zone in whm cpanel. I only see DNS MX Entry, and Eidt Zone Templates under DNS Functions. any help would be aprreciated. Thanks

  Hello :) It seems like your web hosting provider might not have provided you with the ability to delete a DNS zone. Please contact them to have the zone deleted or to have that featured granted to your reseller account. Thank you.
