    If you are sure that it is a spamassassin related issue and can be solved by disabling it, you can disable it on a per account basis. Follow the cPanel doc on more details. http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/CpanelDocs/SpamAssassin However if it is due to an RBL check that needs to be worked on at server/whm end.

    Hello :) I suggest reviewing the domain names that can not send to this account in the /var/log/exim_mainlog or /var/log/exim_rejectlog files. EX: exigrep remote-domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    This will inform you if the emails were blocked. Thank you.
