WHM on only 1 IP?

Can i use WHM and resell hosting only when i having one IP (i mean root IP of the virtual private server)? What should i notice and look for in my case please?

  Hello :) Yes, it's acceptable to use a single IP address for all of your accounts. Ensure you use the same IP address for both name servers that you create at your registrar. Thank you.
