possible spam
I am getting a bunch of messages sent from my server and cannot detect where it is occuring. Have I been hacked and any suggestion of eliminating. Below is a copy of what I am receiving back.

Hello, I can see your mails has been rejected due to poor IP reputation. You will have to remove your mail server IP from all blacklist. You will get all blacklist status through [url=http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx]Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted. Also check your IP reputation through [url=http://www.senderbase.org]SenderBase 0 -
Hello :) I recommend searching /var/log/exim_mainlog for the failed destination email address to see if you can get a better idea of where the message is sent from. EX: exigrep user@remote-domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
