How to save server from sending spam mails

I have done all the possible settings in cpanel to avoid server from getting abuse by spammers. Still spam mails are going from server. Due to which server gets blacklisted every now and then. Pl. guide all the steps/tweaking I need to follow. Where I can avoid server from getting blacklisted due to spam mails. I have already done tweaking on server. Restrict outgoing SMTP to root, exim, and mailman (FKA SMTP Tweak) on Brute force protection On Hr limit is set Firewall on Prevent "nobody" from sending mail on ----------------------------------------------- Kindly suggest/guide/share all the steps i should follow on server to avoid spam mails shooting from server due to virus in user machine.
