    Hello, I will suggest you to please contact your web hosting provider for assistance with this issue. They will be able to access /var/log/exim_mainlog directly to review specific logs of your mail issues, You can not access /var/log/exim_mainlog file to check the logs.

    Hello :) It looks like the remote mail server in unable to verify the email address you are sending from is valid. Is it possible the domain name you are sending from is or at some time was added to an account on the remote mail server? If not, you will need to contact your hosting provider or the administrator of the remote mail server for assistance. Thank you.
