Server Not Responding , Weird Process Taking all CPU memory!

Hey Since from last few days a weird process killing my server, sometime thrice a day, i tried everything , .vB i've got this 4 website under this server, traffic average 3k per site, What can cause this and how can i fix it ? [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - My Process Logs, .vB Please help, thanks

  they are Apache processes not a whole lot of help

  i know its apache, can you tell me how can i fix it ? may be Find the Culprit ? or limit the process per ip, thanks anyways !
