Crontab error "Unable to set uids"

I'm having a cronjob for customer, but i'm receiving an error "Unable to set uids". I've tried http://forums.cpanel.net/f5/unable-set-uid-permissions-usr-bin-crontab-122749.html but it not work, How can i do. Thanks!
