The best way to do this is via the cpanel full backup. cpanel > files > backup wizard Click backup and create a full backup. Download the backup and send them to the new company who can then in WHM go to Backup > Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File The files must be in one of these directories on the server: /home, /home2, /home3, /root, /usr, /usr/home, /web Hope this helps [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - Sorry i forgot to add the backup files must follow any of the following structures: cpmove-{USER} cpmove-{USER}.tar cpmove-{USER}.tar.gz USER.tar USER.tar.gz backup-{BACKUP-DATE_TIME}_{USER}.tar backup-{BACKUP-DATE_TIME}_{USER}.tar.gz

if you are comfortable with shell and has root access with both the servers you may try using scripts like /scripts/pkgacct and /scripts/restorepkg to backup at old and restore at new server resp. if you have only cPanel you will need to backup and restore home directory, databases one by one which is a more tedious process than anyone else.

Hello :) Do you only have cPanel access on the source server, and root access on the destination server? How many accounts do you have to transfer? If it's limited to a few accounts, you could transfer them via: "WHM Home " Transfers " Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password" Thank you.
