Horde not listing mailboxes from default account login
Hi,
in the older version of horde, we were able to log in to horde using the default account username and password and it will show you all the email addresses inboxes.
Currently, some of my clients are seeing ONLY the inbox of the default account and nothing more.
See attached.
Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks

Hello :) You should be able to select "Folder Actions ? Show All Mailboxes" on the left side panel within Horde, and you will see the inboxes of the account's email users. Thank you. 0 -
Thank you, this has resolved the issue. One last thing, the inboxes are showing twice in the list on the left. Once under the "Folder Actions" button and once ABOVE as well. What's the point of them being listed twice? See attachment. 0 -
In Horde, browse to: "Preferences > Mail > Folder Display" Does it make a difference if you deselect "Use IMAP mailbox subscriptions?"? Thank you. 0 -
It's already deselected. What now? :P 0 -
If you access another webmail application such as Roundcube, you should be able to go to "Settings > Folders" and subscribe/unsubscribe to the additional subscriptions you are referring to. Thank you. 0 -
Hi, I haven't tried your suggestion because I don't think that's a valid reply. My question is about Horde not Roundcube. The question was WHY are the mailboxes listed twice on the left? Below and above the "Folder Actions" button? Thanks 0 -

What do you see when you login as an email user (name@domain.com) instead of the default account username?0
