open port for any domain

hello I want open any port for any domain on my server how I can do it ? CentOS 6,5 & WHM 11.42.1 (build 5)

  Hello :) Ports are open by default unless you have configured a firewall to restrict access to them. You may find a firewall management tool such as CSF helpful if you would like to manipulate the ports that are open on your server. Thank you.
