when i want create backup of html_public on my site - Removed - occour this error zip error: Out of memory (local_to_wide_string)

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on what method you are using to make the backup? Are you using the cPanel backup options, File Manager, or some other method? Have you reported this issue to your web hosting provider? Thank you.
