SSL install HELP

When I try to install a new ssl for my domain it tell me the domain is not managed on the server ....but it is and always has been this is the exact error The domain "*domain.com" is not managed on this server. You must specify an IP address to install SSL for "*.domain.com" or set up this domain on a new account Yes i already tired using the ip address it says its not available even though it is the ip that the site is hosted on already and is listed on the server. and no other site is on that ip address.

  Hello :) Have you added the wildcard subdomain to the account in cPanel under "Subdomains" already? If not, please try that first and let us know if the issue continues. Thank you.
