Email Personal Info

This should be a simple (I hope) 5.1.1 arrived with me today, however my personal information is not showing on sent emails, just shows on received emails to clients as 'info' etc rather than my company name as it did before? Default ID is correct but doesn't show? Please advise as it looks poor when the email arrives.

  Hello :) Are you logging in as the email account username or the username of the cPanel account? Thank you.

  my login is my info@ email address as I have always used.
