VPS Email Issue

We just converted a customer from regular hosting to VPS hosting. The website has been switched over to VPS. Everything works okay except for incoming mail (according to the customer). In the VPS Mailserver Configuration everything looks okay. Any thoughts?

  Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog when mail is sent to this user? Is the domain name in the /etc/localdomains file on the server? Thank you.
