Enabling Shell Fork Bomb Protection in Command Line
Hi,
I have been unable to find any documentation on enabling Shell Fork Bomb Protection through command line. Every forum I read leads back to doing this in WHM and does not mention anything about command line. I am hoping someone could point me in the correct direction. This would certainly assist in auto deployments of servers.
Thanks

There isn't really a command to do this directly. I suppose you can either call the WHM url via CLI, but all it does is modify the files in /etc/profile.d/. You would probably just want to enable it manually on one of your servers and copy those files into place when doing your setups. 0 -
Hello :) There are no command-line equivalents to this WHM feature, other than manually modifying the bash profile files. You could open a feature request for a command-line alternative via: Submit A Feature Request Thank you. 0 -
Hi All, Thanks for your assistance. I submitted a feature request for this, and cPanelBrianO responded with a clever solution.
