WHM/cPanel not opening after reboot
Hi,
I had got some issues with my VPS today. My bandwidth is almost end due to heavily usage. I have delete all the files and folders from my VPS and reboot it via ssh. When I tried to open WHM/cPanel it shows the following error:
Internal Server Error
500
Can't fork at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeRun/InOut.pm line 24.
Can anybody help me pls..

Which files/directories did you delete? Is it possible you deleted files required for cPanel/WHM to operate properly? Also, check /proc/user_beancounters to see if your VPS has fail counts for any limits imposed from the node. Thank you.0 -
I was a using a web based application and service provider told me that I had some problem in the scripting so I had deleted that application. How do I check /proc/user_beancounters 0 -
You can review this file, assuming you are using an OpenVZ/Virtuozzo environment, via the following command: cat /proc/user_beancounters
Thank you.0
