Backup and restore shows successfull but it actually failed

Hello, i just created full backup file of an cpanel account and let cpanel to SCP it to a new WHM server. there i did restore. The restore shows OK, complete. But then i discoveered website is not working and half of mysql database tables is missing. only 699MB of data while original mysql has around 1.2gb. Why this happend and how to transfer successfully? i dont have root access tot he source WHM server (its shared reseller plan)

  Hello :) I recommend contacting your web hosting provider for assistance. Ask them to see if there are any error messages when they package the account through the /scripts/pkgacct utility. Thank you.

  Which exact log files they should lookup? any alternative ways of backup when one dont have root access?

  Root access is required to check for error messages when packaging the account. You provider can review the direct output to shell when packaging the account. They can also manually extract the archive after it's packaged to see if all the data is included. Thank you.
