    Hello :) I recommend contacting your web hosting provider for assistance. Ask them to see if there are any error messages when they package the account through the /scripts/pkgacct utility. Thank you.

    Which exact log files they should lookup? any alternative ways of backup when one dont have root access?

    Root access is required to check for error messages when packaging the account. You provider can review the direct output to shell when packaging the account. They can also manually extract the archive after it's packaged to see if all the data is included. Thank you.
