Splitlogs Pip errors in apache error log

AH00646: Error writing to |/usr/local/cpanel/bin/splitlogs --main=servername --mainout=/usr/local/apache/logs/access_log, referer: Any ideas what this could be and how to fix it?

  Nevermind solved by running upcp --force
