Hello :) Please check to ensure a valid PTR (RDNS) record is configured for the IP address used for sending email from your server. Typically, your data center or hosting provider must configure this record for you, and it's advised to have it match the hostname of the server. Thank you.

Thanks Mike, I have a VPS can you point me in the right direction of how to do it?

You will need to contact your VPS hosting provider so they can setup the RDNS record for you. The ability to manage this record on a VPS is not typically permitted. To see if it's configured, simply run a command such as: host IPHERE
    Thank you.
