SSL with hosted server - /cpanel /webmail login page error
I have searched the forums diligently for the exact issue / answer I am presenting here. I apologize if my searches were inadequate, but I need to address this before it becomes a real issue.
I am attempting to run a small hosting business, and I started with friends so that I could work out the growing pains without much impact. I am having an issue with SSL certificates on my server.
SERVER DETAILS:
CentOS 6.5
WHM 11.42.1 (build 12)
Anything else you need, just ask
Observed Issue: When a "customer" attempts to access their webmail, cPanel, etc. I am getting errors that the address does not match the server. Here is an image:

Can anyone assist with this? If so, what do you need from me?

Hello, I will suggest you please try to enable following setting in WHM>> Tweak Settings so that server will redirect SSL login to server hostname Always redirect to SSL Non-SSL redirect destination TO Hostname Also check the redirecting setting at : [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/TweakSettings#Redirection]Tweak Settings 0 -
Hello :) Please keep in mind that cPanel/WHM will use the certificate configured in: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates" Thank you. 0 -

I have noted that. The SSL certificate I have is a UCC cert, I previously installed for the services as well and the issue I am describing was still present.0 -

"Always redirect to SSL" disables the other settings, and Non-SSL Redirection is already set to Hostname already0 -
Could you verify which URLs are used when the error message occurs? Are you using the proxy subdomains feature? Thank you. 0
