Backup S3 compatible provider?

Is only Amazon S3 possible? Or is there a workaround to use s3 compatible services like e.g. /https://www.hosteurope.de/en/Cloud/Cloud-Storage/ /http://www.dreamhost.com/cloud/dreamobjects/ and many others?

  Hello :) Amazon S3 is natively supported, but you are welcome to create a custom backup destination as documented here: How to Create a Custom Destination Thank you.
