Record Type: SRV Service: _sipfederationtls Protocol: -tcp Port: 5061 Weight: 1 Priority: 100 TTL: 1 Hour Name: yourodmain.com Target: sipfed.online.lync.com If you are using cPanel/WHM, you will see that there is no option in the DNS zone editor for "Service" or "Protocol" while adding SRV record. And Office 360 is failing because of it.

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on how it's failing? Also, do you have a link to the setup instructions for your SRV record? Thank you.

  My impression is that he doesn"t know how to fill the SRV record options in the WHM DNS editor, because the editor has less fields/boxes than the information usually sent. I am in the same situation, could you please check the attached picture to see the information I received? [Removed]
