Generating Account.... /usr/sbin/nscd: nscd not running!

Hello, during cpanel full account backup restore i spotted this error: "Generating Account.... /usr/sbin/nscd: nscd not running!" Is this anything bad influencing account successfully working? (i apologize if i ask to much questions?)

  You can usually ignore this.

  Hello :) NSCD is the Name Service Cache Daemon. Check to see if you actually use the nscd service (it's not used or enabled by default). If you find that it's not in-use, you should be able to move the /etc/nscd.conf file out of the way so that you do not see those warning messages. Thank you.
