litespeed LSCache for VPS license

Hello guys We use ULTRA VPS licenses of litespeed for our Cpanel servers. I have heard that we should not enable LSCACHE globaly and we should use it only for sections on which we need cache and also since it uses REWRITE module, we will need to do some changes per each site. Is it true? So according to above statements, is it worthy to pay for LSCACHE addon license ? Do you have any experience with it? I want to know whether we should investigate on LSCACHE and pay for it or not? Thank you for your kind attentions to this issue.
