Site Software - Custom Wordpress Install
Hi,
Forgive me if I have posted in the wrong thread.
I have a WHM installation where new accounts have Wordpress installed via the Site Software link in cPanel. This installs the 3.8 version of Wordpress on that system.
I would like to include several plugins in a default installation of Wordpress for my customers, but I cannot find where the default installation of Wordpress is kept on the server (I have root shell access). Would I have to do anything special on the server to customise the default Wordpress installation?

You might want to consider Softaculous for this, as it supports the use of script hooks that you can then use to customize the installation. Not sure how to do this with cPanel's native installer. 0 -
Hello :) You could disable the included cPAddon for WordPress and upload your own cPAddon created using the instructions here: Creating cPAddons Thank you. 0
