Hello, i noticed that all my sites was unavailable and load on server extremelly low in WHM. so i watched apache log file and it shows many enteries like: [Tue May 06 17:26:56 2014] [error] [client 95.130.216.20] script not found or unable to stat: /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/php5, referer:

  Hello :) Are you defining a specific PHP handler for these accounts in their .htaccess files? What is in the .htaccess files for these accounts? What PHP handler are you using? Thank you.

  Im unsure how i can discover an cpanel account name out of above result? On the server is php5, cgi, suexec
