I cant log into my cPanel

Hi i have the website - Removed - and a Cpanel to control them. I cant log i put the user pass with the recovery email and nothing. "May be the proxy? Greatings. Ana

  If you have root access to the WebHost Manager, you can reset the password for the cPanel account in Home " Account Functions " Password Modification. If you do not have root access to the WHM, you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to help you get access to cPanel.
