Best my.cnf for my servers!

Hi i have 2 server 1 i7 with 32gb ram and 1 i7 with 48 gb ram what is the best for my my.cnf?

  Feel free to post to that thread with the specific error message you are receiving, or download/run the traditional tuner from mysqltuner.pl. Thank you.
