Found binary files on the mail dir "ZIuPrs9" What is its impact on?

Hello, Today, I found that files with name "ZIuPrs9" on our mail directory /home/username/mail/ What is its impact on and Any affected if i removed this file?

  Hello, To my knowledge there shouldn't be any binary files in /home/username/mail directory. I honestly can't say what would happen if they are removed, your best bet is to investigate how they got there. Research all logs and see if you can find that out.
