FTP issues

I am running WHM & cPanel on a CentOS 6.5 64bit server. I am having issues with FTP. I need my users to be able to use standard FTP clients available on Android and Apple devices. I was previously hosting my website on a shared server using cPanel and all FTP accounts I created would work with most FTP clients on Apple and Android devices such as FTPCafe, FTPManager, Documents 5, Goodreader, and so forth. Now that I have moved to a Dedicated server the only thing I can get working with my FTP is FileZilla from my computer but only in Active mode. I am using Pure-ftp. Can someone help me get FTP working correctly please?

  What issues are you having exactly? The user needs to use the full account name of course: user@domain.com In the addon FTP accounts section of your cPanel, to the right of each account is a link to Configure the account, and details/instructions.

  Hello, Please go to WHM => Service Configuration => FTP Server Configuration and see if you have the following option: Broken Clients Compatibility Please tell me what it's set to?
