Hello :) What content do you have in your custom /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/prekillacct script? Thank you.

Hi Thanks for your help, I have no custom prekillacct, I use cloudlinux, then it is like: #!/bin/bash /usr/share/l.v.e-manager/cpanel/hooks/l.v.e-manager_prekillacct_hook.pl "$@" #l.v.e-manager /usr/share/cagefs-plugins/hooks/terminate_cagefs_account.sh "$@" # #CageFS Thanks for your help.

and I'm really sorry for being out of subject, but I browsed all help/faqs, but I couldn't find out how may I edit my post? I couldn't even pm you to ask you or other admins for this.

Please try manually creating the account's home directory and then attempting to terminate it. EX: mkdir /home/username
    Thank you.

Dear Michael, thanks, the users folder is still there(including the public_html folder and other hidden folders (dot folders), but the termination doesn't work. Should I remove the user folder and all subfolders and create it again and try to terminate it again? Thanks Regards

Hi I opened a ticket (#5221463) the analyst believed I should disable cagefs & lve, I can not disable them because I'm using php selector and other features on many sites, so I couldn't do this and the ticket is closed now. I'm just renaming these domains on WHM temporary. What should I do to have this done? The technical detail is provided on ticket, Should I mention it here? Regards

My advice would be to submit a ticket directly to Cloud Linux if the issue is isolated to CageFS. This way the issue is addressed at the source, as opposed to implementing a custom workaround. You can open a ticket with Cloud Linux via: Cloud Linux - Support Thank you.
