Is there a way to set the "From" email to a specific email address for mailling list?

Hi All, I am relatively new to cPanel, and mailling list. Can I setup a mailing list (maillist@domain.com), and then I send my newsletter from myself@gmail.com. However, for the reply-to and From field, have it shown as: newsletter@domain.com? will that be possible? and if so, can anyone provide some instruction on how to configure them? thank you very much.
