Apache SpamAssassin not working at all

Hi, We have enabled spamassasin in WHM from Tweak Settings -> Mail -> Enable SpamAssassin spam filter = ON and from the account - we have there "SpamAssassin is currently Enabled.". We have added one email address to be blacklisted but it isnt. What else needs to be enabled so we can black list senders? Thank you

  Hello :) Could you post the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog where the email account delivers email after it's been blacklisted? EX: exigrep user@domain.com /var/log/exim_mainlog

  Hello, Please review the full headers of the email in question. Does it show X-SPAM headers? Also review the /var/log/exim_mainlog file for that message.
